On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with 32” flat screen Roku TV and another room with a full bed and 24” flat screen Roku TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a romantic dinner for two or for a family of six. Hiking is at your backdoor as the Benton McKaye Trail, a feeder trail for the Appalachian Trail, literally runs throughout the Cherry Log community. A mountain stream is at the foot of our mountain and runs along the Benton MacKaye Trail. Perfect for some casual hiking all the way up to the more skilled adventurer. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, you will find plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep you busy and entertained if you choose to venture out. Check out the specialty shops, Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, mountain restaurants, hiking trails, zip lines, and horseback riding, all just minutes away. Within twenty-five minutes, you can feed your adventurous spirit within the Aska Adventure Area, including hiking, waterfalls, and tubing. If you enjoy lakes, don't miss Blue Ridge Lake moments away. If you are in for a hardy rafting experience, the Ocoee is less than an hour.
